Samuel Kaiser, 87, of Buffalo died Saturday morning, October 22, 2016 at Lake Shore Hospital in Irving. He was born on May 12, 1929 in Poland, the son of the late Emma Tews.
Sam married his sweetheart Regina Norenberg in Strily, Germany on May 2, 1953. He worked for the Ford Stamping Plant in Blasdell, NY as a crane operator, retiring with over 37 years of service.
His memberships included the Salem Lutheran Church in Buffalo, Buffalo Homing Pigeon Association, and United Autoworkers Local #897. In his free time, Sam enjoyed boating, fishing, racing pigeons and gardening.
Sam is survived by his wife of 63 years, Regina Kaiser of Buffalo; two sons, Klaus Kaiser of Fort Myers, FL; Samuel (Vickey)Kaiser of Fredonia; a daughter, Gretel Kaiser of Silver Creek; two grandchildren, Regina (Shawn) McEwen and Eric Kaiser; and two great-grandchildren, Briana and Patrick McEwen. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Oswald Tews.
Relatives and friends may call at the Hole-Parker Funeral Home, 160 Central Ave., Silver Creek on Wednesday, October 26 from 4:00 PM until the time of services at 7:00 PM, with the Rev. Michael Leamon officiating. Burial will be private.
