Delphine Ann Przybycien

Strong, brave, and deeply committed to her Catholic Faith, Delphine Ann Przybycien, born July 10, 1916, reluctantly left her family on earth to join her family in Heaven on Monday, February 13, 2017.

Delphine was born in Dunkirk to the late Andrew and Victoria (Domst) Jelonek. She is predeceased by her husband, Thomas Przybycien; and siblings, Mary Knapik, Otto Jelonek, Benjamin Jelonek, and Henrietta Jelonek. She is survived by her daughters, Judy Fedor (Anthony) and Janet Waldarek (David); grandson, Anthony Joseph Fedor (Carolyn); granddaughter, Carrie Waldarek (Gerard Cairns); great-grandchildren, Nicholas Fedor and Sean Fedor; brother, Frederick Jelonek; as well as nieces, nephews and cousins.

She will be deeply missed by all those who knew her, marveled at her memory, savored her baking and felt her love.

Calling hours will be from 11 a.m. to noon on Saturday, February 18 at R. Mackowiak Funeral Home Inc., 56 East Doughty Street, Dunkirk, followed by mass of Christian burial at 1 p.m. in Blessed Mary Angela Parish Church of St. Hyacinth's.

Donations may be made in Delphine's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
