James D. McLean, age 74, of Collins Center-Zoar Road, Collins passed away early Monday morning, May 22, 2017 at home surrounded by family. He was born May 1, 1943 in Buffalo, the son of Wilbert and Evelyn (Westenfeld) McLean.
Husband of Jacqueline (Goran) McLean, father of Janice (Brian) Kief, Poppy to Leiann Kief. Brother of Karen Ward and the late Mark McLean.
Jim retired from Ingersoll Rand, where he had worked for nearly 35 years. He was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord RC Church in Langford, the Gowanda Moose #1382, the American Legion Post #409 and the James Cruden VFW Post 5007, both in Gowanda.
As per Jim's request, services for him are to be private; interment in the Collins Center Cemetery. Arrangements by the Schindler Funeral Home, 44 Center St., Gowanda (716) 532-4200.
