Top: Sean McDermott (left) held his first news conference as Buffalo Bills head coach on Friday.  McDermott, who was officially named the team's 20th head coach earlier in the week, told reporters that he wants to "build a culture of winning" to the franchise, which hasn't made the playoffs in 17 years.  McDermott's defensive coordinator will be Leslie Frazier (right), who was the defensive backs coach for the Baltimore Ravens this season and had also worked alongside McDermott when the two were on the Philadelphia Eagles' coaching staff.  Photo of Sean McDermott by the Buffalo News
