Top left: Kyrie Irving drives down the lane during Game 1 of the Cleveland Cavaliers' Eastern Conference quarterfinal series against the Indiana Pacers on Saturday.  Irving scored 23 points in a 109-108 victory for the Cavs at the Quicken Loans Arena.  Cleveland held on for the one-point win after Indiana's C.J.
