Top: As Rick Jeanneret would say, the population of Pominville is going up! On Friday, the Buffalo Sabres made a trade with the Minnesota Wild that gives them 34-year-old Jason Pominville (left), who had scored 185 goals and 456 points in nine seasons with the Sabres before he was traded to the Wild in 2013. The Sabres also pick up defenseman Marco Scandella (right), whom Sabres GM Jason Botterill hopes will give the Sabres some versatility in defense. In exchange, Minnesota picked up Tyler Ennis, Marcus Foligno, and a 3rd-round draft pick in 2018. Photos from NHL.com

The All-Star said he would leave the Indiana Pacers after the 2017-18 season, but there has now been a new twist -- ESPN reports that the Pacers have traded George to the Oklahoma City Thunder.
