Two Jamestown residents were arrested after officers located drugs and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop. Jamestown Police Officers conducted a traffic stop on Harrison St. near Institute St for observed traffic infractions. The operator was identified as 42-year-old Tonya Thwing, and the passenger was identified as 35-year-old Christopher Dellahoy. During the traffic stop, Dellahoy allegedly removed a digital scale from his person with drug residue on it. Officers then searched the vehicle, which allegedly revealed 7.4 grams of methamphetamine within the vehicle. Both Thwing and Dellahoy were placed in custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail. Both Thwing and Dellahoy were charged with 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, while Thwing was additionally charged with traffic citations, and Dellahoy was charged with two counts of 2nd degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.
