A man from Steuben County is facing a drug possession charge stemming from a traffic stop in Jamestown early Wednesday. Jamestown Police pulled over a vehicle in the area of East 5th Street and American Place for several infractions shortly before 2:45 AM. Officers found that the driver, 36-year-old Blake Saleh of Bath, was allegedly in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine. Saleh was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail for 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and several traffic tickets. He was released with an appearance ticket for Jamestown City Court.
