The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office has charged a Ripley man after investigating a trespassing complaint at the Ripley Town Building on Monday. Deputies received the call shortly before 12:30 PM and discovered that 34-year-old Patrick Bowman allegedly illegally entered the building. Bowman was charged with 3rd-degree criminal trespass and released with an appearance ticket for Ripley Town Court.
