Jamestown Police Officers arrested a Jamestown man after he was caught violating an order of protection. On Friday around 7:05pm, police officers responded to a south side address for a domestic dispute. While speaking with a female victim, officers observed 59-year-old Paul Martinez present in the residence. Officers were previously aware of a valid stay away order of protection against Martinez, protecting the victim. Martinez was placed into custody and transported to the city jail without incident. He is charged with 2nd degree criminal contempt.
