Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies charged a Lakewood man with DWI after a Monday evening traffic stop in the Village of Sinclairville. Deputies pulled over a vehicle on Sinclair Drive for multiple infractions shortly before 6:15 PM and found that the driver, 28-year-old Kevin Bellardo, was allegedly intoxicated. Bellardo was taken into custody and charged with DWI, reckless driving, speeding, and unsafe tire. He was later released with citations to appear in Charlotte Town Court.
