Jamestown Police made an arrest following a recent domestic dispute. Officers responded to an unnamed business on the city's south side during the late afternoon hours of December 21st. The victim told police that 36-year-old Donald Martin was harassing her and waiting in the parking lot for her to leave. An investigation found that Martin had allegedly been contacting the victim numerous times for no legitimate purpose despite telling Martin to no longer contact her. Officers approached Martin while he was in his vehicle and took him into custody without incident. He was charged with 2nd-degree aggravated harassment.
