Jamestown Police charged 59-year-old woman with drug-related counts after a traffic stop in the city's downtown area last Friday. Officers pulled over a vehicle driven by Cheryl Tane for observed violations in the area of North Main Street and West 3rd Street shortly before 1:45 AM. An investigation found that Tane was allegedly in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine and suboxone. She was taken into custody on two counts of 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and traffic citations, and she was later released with an appearance ticket.
