A Jamestown woman was charged after an investigation into a reported domestic dispute late Tuesday night on the city's west side. Jamestown Police responded to the scene shortly after 11:45 PM and determined that 22-year-old Kaitlin Webber allegedly damaged multiple TVs and threw garbage in the kitchen and living room while in the presence of a 28-year-old victim. Webber was taken into custody and charged with 4th-degree criminal mischief and 3rd-degree criminal tampering.
