A traffic stop on Jamestown's east side last Friday resulted in the arrest of a Sinclairville woman on drug charges. Jamestown Police pulled over a vehicle on East 2nd Street near Thayer Street shortly after 8:45 PM and determined that a passenger, 45-year-old Brandi Howard, allegedly possessed a quantity of methamphetamine. She was taken into custody, and a search of her person located additional meth and a quantity of cocaine. Howard was charged with two counts of 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and was released with an appearance ticket.
