A Jamestown woman is facing charges stemming from an altercation that occurred in the Town of Ellery on Tuesday. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies were called to a location on Maple Springs-Ellery Road at about 2:00 PM. An investigation alleges that 36-year-old Tabitha Dellahoy made unwanted physical contact with another person and damaged property. Dellahoy was charged with 2nd-degree harassment and 4th-degree criminal mischief. She was later taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
