A Jamestown man was taken into custody on a felony count of 1st-degree criminal contempt after a report of domestic incident at an address on the city's south side. On Sunday, March 2nd, Jamestown Police located 31-year-old Robert Bloom in front of the victim's residence and found that he had a full stay-away order of protection with the victim. Bloom was taken to the Jamestown City Jail and held pending arraignment on the charge.
