Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies charged a Dunkirk man with drunk driving after a traffic stop on Route 20 in the Town of Sheridan on Friday. Deputies pulled over a vehicle driven by 33-year-old Luis Rivera-Torres shortly after 1:00 AM for an observed infraction. After further investigation, Rivera-Torres was charged speeding, unlicensed operation, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and DWI common law. After being processed, he was released with tickets to appear in Sheridan Town Court.
