An investigation into a domestic dispute on Jamestown's south side led to the arrest of a city man on a pair of felony charges. Jamestown Police responded to an undisclosed address shortly before 1:00 AM Monday and found that 22-year-old Michael Shafer had valid orders of protection to stay away from two people who were inside the residence. Shafer was transported to the Jamestown City Jail and charged with two counts of aggravated criminal contempt due to his criminal history.
