A man from Corry, Pennsylvania faces drunk driving charges stemming from a traffic stop in the Village of Sherman last weekend. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies pulled over a vehicle on Main Street just after midnight Sunday and found that 20-year-old Seth Troyer was allegedly intoxicated. Deputies say further investigation revealed that he had a BAC more than twice the legal limit. Troyer was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI (BAC .18% or higher), and throwing/depositing refuse on a highway. He will answer the charges in Sherman Village Court.
