The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office charged a Cherry Creek man with DWI after a traffic stop Monday evening in South Dayton. Deputies pulled over 67-year-old Paul Giambrone and arrested him shortly after 8:00 PM. He was also charged with vehicle and traffic violations and was released with tickets to appear in South Dayton Village Court at a later date.
