A Lakewood man is facing a trespassing charge after he allegedly tried to enter a secure Chautauqua County facility on Wednesday. The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office was notified about the incident in Mayville shortly after 2:00 PM and were able to locate the man, identified as 45-year-old Thure Fransen. Deputies say Fransen was found in an area not authorized to the public. He was charged with 3rd-degree criminal trespass and issued an appearance ticket for Chautauqua Town Court.
