An investigation into a domestic incident at an address on Jamestown's north side Monday night led to the arrest of a city man. Jamestown Police responded to the scene shortly after 9:45 PM and found that 50-year-old Robert Ormsby allegedly became disorderly and took away the victim's phone while they were trying to call 911. Ormsby is also alleged to have made multiple alarming comments to four children who were present during the incident. He was charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of 4th-degree criminal mischief.
