Three men are facing drug possession charges after a traffic stop on Jamestown's south side early Wednesday. Jamestown Police pulled over a vehicle operating without its headlights on at about 1:00 AM. Officers determined that 51-year-old Gregory Comstock of Warren, Pennsylvania and his two passengers -- 42-year-old Christopher Decker of Jamestown and 37-year-old Pablo Figueroa of Jamestown -- were allegedly in possession of 19 buprenorphine naloxone sublingual films without a prescription and drug paraphernalia. All three suspects were taken to the Jamestown City Jail. Officers later found that Decker also allegedly possessed 1.0 gram of fentanyl. All three men were charged with 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and 2nd-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, while Decker faces an additional count of 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance for possession of fentanyl. Decker and Comstock were issued appearance tickets, while Figueroa was held pending arraignment.
