A traffic stop in the Town of Harmony last week led to a drunk driving charge for a Panama man. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies pulled over a speeding vehicle on Route 474 shortly before 8:15 PM on Friday, March 21st. Further investigation found that the driver, 45-year-old Charles Zellefrow, was allegedly intoxicated. Zellefrow will appear in Harmony Town Court at a later date on charges of DWI and speeding in a 55 MPH zone.
