A Frewsburg man was charged after his vehicle was found parked in a roadway in the Town of North Harmony last Sunday. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to a vehicle complaint on Panama-Stedman Road shortly before 5:15 AM and found the vehicle with the engine still running. After an investigation, deputies charged 21-year-old Ethan McCray with driving while ability impaired by drugs, and stopping/standing/parking on a highway. McCray was issued an appearance ticket for North Harmony Town Court.
