A Jamestown man with outstanding warrants was taken into custody after a domestic dispute in late March. Jamestown Police responded to an address on the city's west side on March 27th and learned that 45-year-old Ralph Patterson allegedly threatened a victim on scene. Officers found Patterson a short distance away and arrested him without incident. In addition to his warrants, he was charged with 2nd-degree harassment.
