The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office has charged a Jamestown after he allegedly entered posted property in the Town of Ellery late Saturday afternoon. 64-year-old Timothy Hayes is accused of going onto the property on Beck Road shortly before 6:00 PM. He was charged with trespassing and was issued an appearance ticket for Ellery Town Court.
