A Falconer woman has been charged with 3rd-degree criminal tampering following an investigation into an ongoing neighbor dispute. Ellicott Town Police responded to an undisclosed location during the early afternoon of July 29th. Officers say 38-year-old Natashia Rivera-Rosario was alleged to have tampered with a security camera lens owned by the victim. Rivera-Rosario was issued an appearance ticket for Ellicott Town Court.
