The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Northern Chautauqua, located at 222 Temple Street in Fredonia, continues to offer Sunday services at 11 am through the Zoom platform to ensure everyone’s health and safety. For those wishing to join us, please visit https://tinyurl.com/caluucnc. Just click on “Worship Service” on the date you are attending and scroll down for the Zoom link. In January, all our services will reflect the theme of “Living with Intention.” On January 30, our guest speaker is Lisa Augustine Glasier. Her talk, “Intentional Living: Just Breathe” will explore how the breath knits together our physical body, emotional body and mental body and creates a dynamic connection of communication and clarity within us and encourages us on our journey of letting go of the Past, being present in the Now, and creating our Future. Lisa Augustine Glasier has been a Personal Fitness Trainer for 30 years, and a Holistic Wellness and Empowerment Coach as well as creator/guide of Wildflowers on the Path 30-day journal series available in ten topics (thus far!) Lisa has also created and hosts EnergieGal Podcast where Listener and Storyteller meet, share, discover common ground, and transform. When not running, swimming, or biking, she can be found walking with FurButt Gigi, crocheting blankets, reading, kayaking with Hubs, or playing Settlers of Catan with Five Beautiful Souls: Oldest Son, Next Son, Middle Son, Baby Son, and Baby Girl. Lisa's message: be curious, be compassionate, be courageous. URLuvd.
