Traveling Lantern Children's Theatre Company will be presenting the play "Rhonda Appleseed & the Tree that Learned How to Speak". This free family event is for all ages-no tickets needed. Rhonda is a descendant of Johnny Appleseed. She decides she will protect nature and all the creatures on our planet from climate change. But how? She takes a journey to visit one of wise old apple trees that Johnny planted long ago to ask how she can help. The tree teaches her that her voice is needed to bring people together to do the right thing. Come join us at Ellington Farman Library in our air conditioned Community Room for a wonderful and engaging experience and bring the whole family to enjoy this live performance!
