Jackson Dissent a Topic For Discussion at Fenton History Center

A 1944 U.S. Supreme Court opinion is the topic of a discussion at Wednesday, August 9th at 1:00 PM at the Fenton History Center, 67 Washington Street in Jamestown. The event, part of the center's local history series, is free and open to the public. Those attending may take part in a discussion led by constitutional-lawyer Randy Elf on Korematsu v. United States, including a dissent by Justice Robert Jackson. Korematsu addresses law targeting Americans of Japanese descent during World War II.
