A Frewsburg man is facing DWI charges following a motor vehicle crash Saturday evening. At around 9:00 PM, deputies with the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office responded to Falconer-Frewsburg Road in the Town of Poland. The operator of the vehicle was identified as 76-year-old Kenneth Yocum. After investigation, Yocum was arrested and charged with DWI, aggravated DWI (BAC .18% or higher), and moving from lane unsafely. Yocum will appear in the Town of Poland Court on a later date.
