An Elmira man is facing charges following a domestic incident in Jamestown. On Friday around 1:30 AM, Jamestown Police officers responded to a westside address and discovered that the male inside the residence, 32-year-old Orishio Kingsberry, had an order of protection to stay away from the victim residing at the address. Kingsberry was taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail, where he was also allegedly found to be in possession of 7.0 grams of cocaine. Kingsberry was charged with 2nd-degree criminal contempt and 4th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
