CCIDA Okays Loan for North County Golf Course Devastated by 2023 Fire

A north county golf course whose clubhouse was destroyed in an October 2023 fire will receive financial assistance from the Chautauqua County IDA. During its monthly meeting, the CCIDA Board of Directors approved a resolution to provide Tri-County Holding Corporation a $250,000 loan that will be used toward rebuilding the clubhouse at Tri-County Country Club, located on Route 39 in the Town of Hanover. Azzarella adds that there's a temporary clubhouse up, but it can only hold half the capacity of its regular clubhouse.
Meanwhile, the CCIDA also approved a due diligence resolution that would look into a 15-year PILOT agreement sought by Tri-County.
