The summer boating, fishing and swimming season is in full swing, but one official says conditions on one of Chautauqua County's major waterways is "very disappointing." County Executive P.J. Wendel says the Burtis Bay area near Celoron has been a particular trouble spot with weeds, as well as some recent some dead ducks that were found.
