Budget, Length of Board Terms Will Be Part of Fredonia CSD's Vote

The Fredonia Central School District is encouraging district residents to turn out to the polls for its upcoming budget vote and election next week. Hours for the vote will be 2:00-9:00 PM on Tuesday, May 19th and will take place at the Fredonia High School cafeteria. Superintendent Brad Zilliox says there are two propositions on this year's ballot -- the first is the budget, which amounts to nearly $39.6 million and contains a tax levy increase of 2.44%...

Meanwhile, the district will also have three Board of Education candidates -- Marieanne Fabiano, Keana Sherlock and Randy Draggett, Jr. -- running for two at-large seats that are currently held by outgoing members Courtney Gullo and Aaron Marshall.
