A Cattaraugus County man is facing charges following an investigation into a report of a criminal nuisance in the Town of Cold Spring. Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies say 68-year-old Todd Samples was taken into custody on Monday after he was allegedly seen putting construction nails into the roadway on Bunker Hill Road in April, causing a nuisance to the public and town residents.
