Pine Valley Central School's proposed 2026-2027 budget increases spending by over 7.7% from this year, but does not change the district's tax levy. Residents in the district will consider a spending plan of $21,145,237 during the budget vote on Tuesday. Among the challenges the district faces are uncertainty surrounding state and federal aid, as well as a fund balance that is projected to fall to zero in 2028. Voting hours in the district will be from 12:00-8:30 PM in the lobby of the new gymnasium of Pine Valley Junior/Senior High School.
