A Stockton woman faces multiple charges after an investigation into a crash that occurred early Sunday morning. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to the scene on County Route 380 in the Town of Stockton at about 5:00 AM and determined that the driver, 30-year-old Erika Guerrero, was allegedly intoxicated. She will appear in Stockton Town Court at a later date on charges of DWI, speed not reasonable and prudent, failure to keep right, and failure to notify the DMV of a change of address.
