
Jamestown Public Schools recognized staff members and administrators who were awarded tenure during the June 2 meeting of the Board of Education.
“Earning tenure is a significant milestone in an educator’s career and reflects years of dedication, growth, and a demonstrated commitment to our students,” said Dr. Kevin Whitaker, JPS Superintendent. “The individuals recognized today have proven themselves to be outstanding professionals who consistently put students first and contribute positively to their schools and our district. We are proud to celebrate this achievement and look forward to the continued impact they will have on the children and families of Jamestown.”
Individuals who were awarded tenure are: Abigail Bloomquist, Alexander Moore, Alex Kyler, Christina Marsh, Crystal Casel, Erica Arlequin, Jennifer Aaron, Jessica Puntillo, Johneen Hoose, Kaidynce Walker-Alicea, Kaleisha Velazquez, Maddyson Nugent, Melissa Gormley, Noah Turzillo, Renee Garrett, Todd Melquist, and Traci Thompson.
