A Jamestown man was taken into custody after an investigation into a reported neighbor dispute Monday evening. Jamestown Police responded to an address on the city's north side at about 8:30 PM and discovered that 56-year-old Robert Overton, Jr. allegedly threatened and menaced the victim with what appeared to be a rifle. Officers say Overton is being held pending arraignment on charges of 2nd-degree menacing and 2nd-degree harassment.
