Motorists who travel on the I-86 bridge across Chautauqua Lake will need to take a different route Thursday night and Friday night. The New York State Department of Transportation says the bridge will be closed in both directions from 9:00 PM Thursday until 6:00 AM Friday, and from 9:00 PM Friday until 6:00 AM Saturday as part of an ongoing rehabilitation project. The DOT says motorists should follow the posted detour utilizing Routes 394 and 430.
