A traffic stop in Jamestown Monday morning led to the arrest of a city man who was found to have been previously involved in a domestic dispute. Jamestown Police were called to the area of Baker Street and Prather Avenue at about 8:00 AM for a reported assault. Officers determined that 40-year-old Brook Patterson, in addition to his involvement in the domestic incident, had allegedly driven a maroon sedan while his driving privileges were revoked and while he was impaired by drugs. Patterson was taken to the Jamestown City Jail, where he refused to submit to a chemical test. He was charged with felony DWAI-drugs and two counts of 1st-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
