Jamestown Police took a city man into custody early Wednesday morning after an investigation into a domestic dispute. Officers responded to an address on the city's south side at about 3:45 AM and discovered that 28-year-old Dakota Raymond had allegedly struck several people while in the presence of a nine-year-old child. Raymond was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and 2nd-degree harassment, and he was held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
