As the school year comes to a close, the Superintendent of the Dunkirk City School District says there are areas in the district that could use improvement and other areas where it has flourished. Brian Swatland, who reflected on the past year during a recent appearance on WDOE's "Viewpoint" program, says he's very proud of the impact Dunkirk's teachers have had in the classroom.
