A Jamestown woman was charged with assault after officers responded to a reported fight Saturday afternoon. Jamestown Police responded to an address in the downtown area shortly before 4:30 PM and determined that 19-year-old Nevaeh Graves had allegedly struck another person in the face several times, causing physical injury. During the incident, the victim's eyeglasses were also broken. Graves was arrested and transported to the Jamestown City Jail without incident. She was charged with 3rd-degree criminal mischief and 3rd-degree assault.
