A nearly two-hour forum at SUNY Fredonia provided an opportunity for elected officials and business leaders to learn more about opportunities and challenges associated with advanced nuclear energy. The "Nuclear 101" forum -- the second such forum held in the north county within the past 12 months -- comes as the City of Dunkirk was identified as a potential site for that type of energy.
