A complaint of a person with a weapon led to the arrest of a Jamestown man Tuesday evening. Jamestown Police responded to an address on the city's east side shortly after 8:30 PM and learned that 19-year-old Kyle Pratt allegedly threatened a juvenile with a knife. Officers say Pratt was located a short distance away and taken into custody without further incident. He was taken to the Jamestown City Jail and held pending arraignment on charges of 2nd-degree menacing, endangering the welfare of a child, and 4th-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
