County Legislature to Hold July Meeting at Robert H. Jackson Center

The Chautauqua County Legislature typically holds its monthly meetings in Mayville. That will not be case for the panel's next meeting. Lawmakers recently unanimously voted to hold the July 22nd meeting at Jamestown's Robert H. Jackson Center, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary. The venue honors the legacy of Jackson, who was the lead prosecutor at the Nuremburg War Crimes trials in Germany following World War II.
